I have been frequently ordering food to go from here for more than four years. I really like the sushi, and I think it's the best.
We stopped by here on a busy Saturday night and were able ti get a table quickly even though the place was pretty busy. Inside there are about 10 tables and a small bar. We've ordered from here in the past but never eaten inside before. The staff was attentive but not overwhelming. It was clean and neat despite being small. I ordered the sunset roll and clear soup and a side salad. My wife ordered beef fried rice. I loved my roll - it was super flavorful. My wife's rice needed salt and lots of yum yum but was pretty much what we'd expect from any sushi/hibachi place. I like that this place is close by and has a huge selection of rolls to try.
The sushi was delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It had a relaxed atmosphere. We had the tiger roll, the ocean roll and the land and sea roll. It was so good!
Enjoyed the dragon roll and seaweed salad. Friend also enjoyed her roll. No mochi ice cream but would be a great addition
The food is one of the best sushi that I've ever had. Service is very great. They're very nice and friendly and they take all the questions and the parents is like a tiny sushi housing. You can see the chef's cooking your sushi.
For being a nondescript strip-mall Japanese / sushi restaurant, my wife and I had a surprisingly good meal here! Came before a summer Blossom Music Center concert with the Cleveland Orchestra, and had a sit down meal. We shared an appetizer dish as well as a sushi combo plate. The shrimp tempura appetizer was crispy with a light soy dipping sauce. The sushi combination was good including clear soup, salad, eight pieces of sushi and a California roll. Everything was hot, fresh and tasty...might be a new go-to before concerts when looking for a homemade meal.
